Snow Park!!

On Friday the 1st we had our first day at Snow Park. We got to watch the NZ Open slopestyle competition all day from the chair, which was incredible. The level of snowboarding has gotten so amazing over the last couple of years, and everyone was pretty inspired.
When we stopped to put our chains on on the way up, my cell phone fell out of my pocket into the snow. Three days later we found it, ground deeply into the mud having been run over at least once in the intervening three days. I dried it out, and it even still works a little. Stoked!
After pizza in Wanaka we headed back up the mountain to do some night riding and watch the NZ Open Quarterpipe competition. It was a little too dark for photos, but we had a blast anyway.

Tyler - Looking like the Unabomber but happy to have is phone back.
